Firefox for ipad constantly drops the page I am typing on..either during my search or once I get to the page I want and begin to type. I love firefox but this is driving me crazy. Can you explain this problem what can be done.? Thank you. Lynn Robinson, jmrobin789@gmail.com

If I use Safari on iPad I can connect.

Hello I have a pocket app premium subscription. I need the saves for offline use. The app does not download. If I look for help, I understand that I have to switch on "download while using wifi" in settings. But I cannot find this option in settings. I can only see this (see attached picture). I have a particular banking website that I have been unable to use this past week. When I enter username and password, the site sends a code. When I enter that code, the website returns a message that the code is incorrect (it is not) and that my account has been locked. I worked with a CS agent at the company online, and he confirmed that I am entering the correct code. What is causing this? I have not changed any of my Firefox settings for several months. My browser is updated to the latest version. When I log in using Safari, I have no issues. Do you know of a reason this is happening?

I am wondering if I need to change settings or if something else is wrong. Website continuously fail to load. Firefox is my default browser and when I use an email link is just spins! When I try to open FaceBook or games I use, I get a message that it is taking too long to load. This is a new problem since updating. I can't help but think there is a connection.

I used a Mozilla mask to hide my email when registering with a government agency account. All responses to my email mask from angency are unreadable: the sentences/ text responses and attachments are blocked out.

How I can remove the Mozilla subnet mask so I can read the content of my email?

I have had to force quit Firefox so many times.

This is because if there is one incident where I needed to force quit, every time I come back the browser keeps trying to restore the faulty session. This is inane. Why would this even be set up to work this way? I choose, no don’t restore and it still tries to.

Can this be fixed, or is it time to move on to chrome?

Whenever I try to download a pdf file, I can’t view it afterwards or export it to another app. Also exporting to another app like Goodnotes doesn’t work. Please fix this bug on ios!

Hello, I recently got an iPad 10th Gen and setup Firefox on it. During setup it asked if I’d like the navigation bar on the top or bottom. Being a traditionalist myself I went ahead and chose top, however during use I realized that I would prefer the navigation bar on the bottom since I always hold the iPad near the bottom and like to use a minimized swipe key I put on the lower right hand corner.

The problem is that the toolbar settings that I would normally find under Menu->Settings->General->Toolbar normally located under the Themes option (like I would find on my iPhone) is now missing and short of uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app I have no idea how else to change this or even find the toolbar option at all under settings. I’ve attempted opening the debug by tapping Firefox version under the about section 5x and I still can’t find it there either. Please help.
