When I open FF 137 on my iMac running OS 12.7.6, it just keep trying and trying with no link. When I try and quit it needs to be forced quick to stop running. There are no fire walls and it worked yesterday 4-5-25 just fine, but no go today. I tried replacing FF and still no luck, what do I try now, [email removed]@yahoo.com

Hi,

On MacOS, in order to set keyboard shortcut, I need to know the exact name for the feature. But I can't find tab navigations in Firefox's menu.

For example, in Chrome, they have a menu called "Tab" and there is "Select Next Tab" and "Select Previous Tab" in the menu. That are the names I need to set keyboard shortcut. But I can't find the equivalent in Firefox.

From the screenshot, the keyboard shortcut works for Chrome, but not working for Firefox as I don't have the exact name for tab navigation.

Hello, today I could not launch Firefox on my Mac. Because this is a corporate machine from Kyndryl, I downloaded from Kyndryl App Store, I have rebooted the systems, I have updated iOS to last version, but still haven't solved the issue. This is the situation: Firefox is installed, I click to launch it, I am asked to authenticate with MFA I authenticate correctly, and Firefox just sits at the dock bar jumping, then stops jumping, and nothing else happens. I repeated the process several times, made several reboots, nothing changed. Can you suggest a solution?

I recently was unable to have my audio and video function while in an invited Google Meet meeting. I use a Mac OS, Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81), Firefox 137.0.1 (64-bit), and latest Google Meet.

I use Firefox's "Strict" privacy settings and could use some instructions on how to allow Google Meets to function properly on Firefox. For example, I have turned on the browser window toggles to allow the site special permissions - but still cannot get the Meet Audio and Video settings at the bottom to toggle on (see screenshots), the message is a grayed-out "permission needed". I cannot figure out where the permission needed is located...Is this a Firefox, Google Meet or somehow my Mac. Sending this to Google as well.

Since the latest update to my Firefox, videos (for example, in documents such as surveys) either do not load or they freeze. And in some streaming applications, either they play with no sound or when sound is turned on the video freezes. This was never a problem until recently. iMac desktop (2017) Ventura 13.7.4 Firefox 136.0.2 (64 bit) The same issue does not occur on Safari or on my iPad (using Firefox). Any advice?? Thanks.

Hello Can you please help me find an adblocker for old Firefox 78.15.0esr. I have looked everywhere.

I have to stay on an old OSX (Mac 10.11) and use Firefox 78.15.0esr (for various reasons I cannot upgrade). I had an adblocker that worked brilliantly, but a few weeks ago it was removed (not by me), so the Ads came back!

Recent attempts to download ad blocker as before were not successful. ?incompatibility I think.

Hello, After the last MacBook Pro M4 update my tabs keep disappearing. This is quite ANNOYING as I use ALL my tabs. Plus when I go to HISTORY there is NO Restore Previous session...so I am losing EVERYTHING. Do I just need to go out to another browser and make them my default? I use google meet at work. Up until recently, things were working ok. Starting a few weeks ago (there were updates both to MacOS and Firefox), when I was in a meeting, the other side couldn't hear me even though meet said that my microphone wasn't muted. I then switched the meeting to Safari, and had no problems. I also noticed that when the remote party did a presentation, it did not show up when running on Firefox, but switching to Safari it worked. This is clearly a bug (or a miscoordination between Firefox and MacOS). Has anyone else encountered this? I'm running on a M4 MacBook running MacOS 15.3.2 and Firefox 136.0.1

System Details: Macbook Pro (2021) 16 inch Apple M1 Pro macOS Sonoma 14.6.1

1. I downloaded the latest Firefox from Mozilla official website, installed the app, made sure I can see the Firefox app in my applications. I start using the app. 2. Everything will be fine for a few days (say 1 week or 10 days) and one fine day, the browser stops working. Even google.com doesn't open. 3. I quit Firefox and try to re-start it. I cannot find Firefox in my system. It just disappeared. I cannot find in my applications. The search doesn't show Firefox.

I re-install by going back to step #1

This has happened not one time but many times. I searched if others have this issue but did not find anything that i could use. Hence posting this question here.

I have Firefox installed on a lot of other Macbook pros in my home, no other system has this issue. I don'ty understand what is happening. Just wanted to get some guidance in resolving this issue.
