I recently upgraded to the newest version of Firefox for iOS (version 96.0.2). Is there any way to change the background colors of the Home page and other windows? I find white characters on a dark background hard to read and would prefer black characters on a light background.

On a trusted website, for a class which I paid a lot of money to attend, I get this error message, on FireFox only: The media could not be loaded, format is not supported.

I used to LOVE Firefox,but I'm getting frigg'n irritated by it right now. Chrome and Safari both open this page. I had this same problem a few days ago, was sent a long list of possible ways to deal with it that were all over my head complicated. I chose the simplest one- to clear caches, and it worked! yay, for a couple of days, now the error is back. I there must be a different solution , or cause, than the cache one - What needs to be turned on or off, so this doesn't happen? Too complicated, too frustrating.

I'd love it if someone could give me some more ideas on this. Macbook Pro 16" 2021, IOS Monterey 12.1

My attempts to login to my personal bank account (https://orionfcu.com/) with updated Firefox has failed since 1/16/2022. My electronic account has been active for ~>/+ 20 years. Firefox has been my default browser from its inception always with Apple iOS systems. After correctly answering a security question, I receive an error message saying than my request cannot be completed...try again later. Bank online assistants recommend I use Edge or Chrome browsers. I have never nor plan to use Edge. I can login with Chrome, but I have rarely used that browser. Am I stuck with Chrome for https://orionfcu.com/? Thanks.

This morning I noticed the top bar of Firefox is a green color. I tried restarting my Mac, and re-installing, but it is still green. I can't find anything about this searching online. Any ideas?

Hi, I've updated from ff95 to 96.0.2 and found that my files on google docs have not been loading properly. The text is blurred and it gives an error saying 'some fonts could not be loaded. please reload'. This seems to only happen in firefox and is fine in chrome and as well as when I downgraged to ff95 on my old profile. Back on 96.0.2, I've tried clearing cookies and cache, safe-mode, setting theme to default, all to no avail. Are there any other ways I could troubleshoot this issue? I've attached an image that shows what the text looks like on chrome and the latest version of firefox.

I prefer Firefox browser on my computer - currently using 96.0.1

 a month or so ago, when logged in to godaddy email workspace, the subject line cursor won't stay in place.

I'll type a word then space resulting in the cursor jumping to the front of the line of text. Sometimes it jumps after the first letter but always with the space bar and only in the subject line of this website.

If I type a word in the subject line, then space, the cursor moves to the front of the line of text... if I continue typing there and use the space bar the cursor doesn't jump. But if I move the cursor behind the first word and space, type another word and space it jumps again.

I worked with godaddy on the issue... after troubleshooting various browsers (this only happens when using Firefox) and other things they asked me to do they point the finger at Firefox. I hope this can be figured out, I do not want to use Chrome for email. thanks!

Dear Sir,

I have my firefox username and password. However, whenever I try to sign in nowadays, I am asked to enter a verification code that is sent to my email address within five minutes. The email does arrive, but never withing 5 minutes. I have tried it many times on different devices. It may be my email issue. However, I cannot change the email account unless I cannot log it. Since I cannot receive the verification code within 5 minutes, I am unable to change any of my personal details.

Please advise.

P.S. It was very difficult gettting to this support page. I was asked to log in and verify before continuing for some of the support pages. But like I mentioned, I am unable to receive the verification code within 5 minutes. So I am thankful for this page.

Please advise how to revert back to old display. It changed with latest update. I am in tears as simply cannot read this light text on black background. I am seeing blurry, squinting to try focus and getting headache. Spent over an hour trying to follow steps on internet to restore old settings. . Nothing worked. Colour panel in settings shows text selection as black, background as white. But that is not what it's doing. Desperate, else need to set up another default browser. Cannot work like this. Thanks in advance
