Since the last update (was executed today in my case 16-07-2024), firefox has been very slow and freezing and crashing. Also, somehow it is the only browser that can't handle yahoo finance new charts and keeps freezing....so many issues in a short span of time, please check. I have tried other browsers and things seem to work fine there, so, it is not my computer or OS.

As of today and today only Firefox refuses to show my homepage like it's supposed to, and instead it only shows some strange webpage I have never seen before saying "Account not found".

I opened my website on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on my iPhone with zero issue. However, I have check Firefox for desktop on two different computers, and been shown the same page.

I have already cleared my cache, history and cookies. I also uninstalled Firefox and did a fresh install, only to have the same problem.

I'm just really confused what happened as this has never happened before. I got scared someone hijacked my website, but that wouldn't make sense since it's working on everything but Firefox on my desktop. I've just never seen this "Account not found" page before and this page has nothing to do with my website, domain, or hosting. My website and domain are all on Squarespace.

I have installed the LastPass extension for Firefox, more than once, but the LastPass icon does not appear in my browser bar. It used to be there, but disappeared a few weeks ago. I have tried to reinstall the extension, but it has had no effect.

I have been told by my bank that firefox wants their customers who are having a problem with the website when using firefox to contact firefox directly. How do I do that? I have wasted way too much time trying to find that contact information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was told my bank that there has been an issue with firefox since the last upgrade. I can sign into my account, but if I try to do anything or click on anything, the site locks up and I can not do anything except for sign out. They told me that it was on your end and that you needed customers to reach out. It's becoming frustrating that I can't use firefox for this application. I can get into my account and do what needs to be done with other browsers. What can you do on your end. The bank is Mission Federal Credit Union. Thank you! Hi, I love the new, little weather app/temperature icon in the upper left of the Firefox home page. HOWEVER, I really want to change it to a city closer to me. I looked up how to do it, but the directions seem WRONG. I cannot hover and find any way to change locations. Is it because I'm on a Mac? or ?

Can you help me? I'm using an iMac computer... everything works, it's updated, what could be wrong?

I am unable to use my bill pay with my bank using Firefox browser. However, I am able to use it logging on with Microsoft Edge. What has changed with Firefox recently? This has only become a problem as of today.

Which means Firefox 128 Delivers per-default Data for Advert agencies. Mozilla allows a new technology for "Date protection friendly digit Advertising" on Firefox. The activation is without permission from the user.

This is not good at all. I am now thinking of rejecting Fierfoy and moving to Opera or similar. Why did Morzilla take this fatal step?

Please add features so that the recently visited page during the Firefox shortcut does not apply to the shortcut list. I only want to see a fixed shortcut on the shortcut page Even the pages I recently visited have been added to the shortcut, so I have to remove them daily. It's so inconvenient.

Every time Firefox updates it keeps re-enabling settings on its own.

Specifically 2 settings on the general tab keep enabling themselves in the "browsing" section, "Recommend extensions as you browse" and "Recommend features as you browse"

I have disabled these settings dozens of times now, and every time Firefox updates it keeps re-enabling these 2 settings on its own.

Just now I updated to v128.0 and these 2 settings turned themselves on again.

Why is Firefox not respecting my settings? Why is Firefox allowed to modify my settings without my permission?

I have deleted and reinstalled Firefox already. I don't use profiles and am not signed into the browser, so no settings are getting carried over that way.

I've been browsing the web looking for a way to access the browser's current profile name programmatically. I'm writing a little browser extension that should run code conditionally depending on what the current profile is. I'm wondering if there's any way to do this? The closest thing I found was runtime.getBrowserInfo() runtime.getBrowserInfo().

Why on God's green Earth is there a widget by default that has access to my location? I understand that it's just for weather but it is seriously unacceptable that a browser that claims to care so much about privacy plasters my location on my screen for all to see when I open a new tab. Seriously, who thought this was a good idea and how can I turn it off?

On a LIvestream I'm getting an UNDEFINED error code I've cleared cookies but the problem continued I don't know how to clear if it's on you end or the web site I use to be able to beat it before it appears not it will not let me watch any shows at all

When I go to linkedin.com, it gets stuck on the loading screen and never progresses to a usable site. It worked fine on August 22nd but was broken on the 23rd, and I don't think anything on my end updated overnight. I haven't noticed an issue on any other websites. Is there a way to fix this?

• Works fine on safari and chrome.
• No change when I disable adblockers.
• Restarting firefox did not fix it.
• Deleting cookies and clearing the cache did not fix it.

I work heavily in a site called Xactanalysis for work. This is a product by Xactware that is used for tracking, reporting and uploading estimates for insurance claims. They have released a reporting tool recently within Xactanalysis, and the issue is I cannot use with Firefox browser. This works with Chrome, however I would prefer to use Firefox.

I have entered the website address in the exceptions page, but still won't work. When asking Xactware for assistance they said manage the exceptions and it should work. This still doesn't seem to work, so I am curious if there is anything else I can do?

For a few months now I've been having issues uploading firmware files to my QNAP server's website. I was trying to update the firmware, but it wouldn't allow the file to even be uploaded. Would just get a general "error" with no help.

This past week a started having issues with 7digital.com not allowing me to download zipped music files. It kept giving an error about the oauth token not being passed through. (Error: Authorization failed for method <GET> and URL <http://media.geo.7digital.com/media/user/download/release>. Missing oauth_consumer_key)

Finally figured out that this is only happening in Firefox, Brave browser and other Chrome based browsers don't have the issue.

I've tried turning off the tracking and download protection in settings, but it didn't help. So, what's causing it?

Using Firefox 128.0.3 (64-bit) on Linux (NixOS).
