My bookmark features has stopped working. When I click the star, it does not turn blue and I cannot bookmark anything. Is there a fix? I have stuff in the bookmark area and would not like to loose it.
why can't I delete bookmarks from the bookmarks tab?
Is there a maximum limit on the number of Bookmarks that can be store? I got to seven and the system is not allowing any more to be saved.

Hi, I'm running Firefox 145 on a MacBook Air, with MacOS 12.7.6 (Monterey). When I try to add a bookmark to an existing folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar, it will not show up. It does show up if I go to the hamburger menu, and then Bookmarks/Recent Bookmarks, but not from the Toolbar. This is true for any folder on the Toolbar. I do not have this problem with Firefox 145 on Linux Mint Cinnamon. Is this a bug or a feature? Please advise, and thanks.

For the last two to three weeks The Firefox updates have changed the way bookmark data is retained. Firefox will allow bookmarks to be added and retained on the tool bar for any sessions - until firefox is restarted and then the bookmarks no longer work.
