Just since last few days, Firefox seems to think that I'm in NL, but I'm in UK. This doesn't happen in Chrome or Edge. My IP is also in UK. I'm not using a proxy or VPN. Suggestions to fix please.

As of Aug 23rd, Firefox no longer connects to the internet (not site-specific) with this message: Unable to Connect. All other browsers work with fast loads. FF has been incredibly slow loading pages for weeks now but it would eventually connect until today. It is not a network/firewall issue as I've checked to make sure all was set correctly. I have cleared cache, turned VPN off, refreshed app, uninstalled/reinstalled and nothing has changed.

If I find the same tomorrow, I will just have to stop using altogether and choose another default browser as there is no point in a browser that is slow and unreliable. It's a shame since I've been using FF for many, many years.

The Address / Profile Autofill (full-form, 1-click filling) all of a sudden stopped working a few days ago. Only single-form works. I have to go to each box on a form individually and click on it to have the info fill in (Never had to do that before). And the "History" icon is showing to the left side of every info of mine that i click on to fill in (Never seen that before). Everything in the settings is still the same, nothing on my end has changed. It's set to automatically fill in my Name, Address, E-mail, Phone Number in 1-click, like it has THOUSANDS OF TIMES BEFORE. All my info is showing in settings, but not on any forms on any websites. The same websites i've been using all along, that filled in ALL my info with 1 click, all of a sudden went to single individual form last week. I asked AI what the problem could be. It gave me a few suggestions and fixes. Tried all of them, made no difference. All the settings it had me check were correct. HELP! (Thank you)

I'm experiencing continuous screen blackouts or glitches. These are unaffected by the site I'm on and only occur for Firefox browser. When I switch a tab or click a button the browser blacks out and becomes unresponsive then comes back on after a few seconds. This happens repeatedly. Clearing the cache, running a repair, and uninstalling / reinstalling the app have had no affect on it.

When opening our browser this morning all of our bookmarks appear to be locked behind some kind of security, it is incredibly frustrating. We have an account recovery key, that we got when we tried to open some bookmarks, but we have no idea how to use it, we are already signed in.

We can access the bookmarks on our phone, so the disconnect is in the browser somewhere. Is there anything we can do to recover access? Do we need to use the recovery key? If so, how?

I use Firefox to watch several of my live news programs on their web sites. Recently I am finding that the volume control does not allow access to actual control (it is on or off choices) without going to full screen. And tried a couple on edge. In fact, the first below will NOT LOAD in Firefox. https://www.mysuncoast.com/livestream/ https://www.fox13news.com/live So far skynews.com/watch-live has still let me balance the sound levels. What is going on? Is this a choice of the providers to not allow control? A recent change in YOUR end? I'm on 153.0.4 (64-bit) and after the last update, drop-down arrows are non-functional. I use Firefox at work and the dashboards that I've been using can't be used because I can't make selections. I'm having to use Microsoft Edge (yuk).

Is there something I can do to restore the drop-down behavior?

I recently got a new laptop. The FIREFOX app on my new laptop doesn't have File Edit View Bookmarks Profiles Tools and Help on the very top. I can't find my bookmarks with the folders I created.

I use tab groups to save work sessions so I can easily close and reopen them when I need them. I typically use the downward arrow to see all of my tab groups, however, when I opened my laptop today, there are only two tab groups there and no "show all" option. When I opened my laptop today, I did see that Firefox had been closed unexpectedly and the restore sessions option, which I used. The two tab groups I had open when I left my laptop opened again when I used restore sessions, but now those are the only two tab groups I seem to have. How can I get back all of my other tab groups?

i need help getting back my passwords after update. you deleted my firefox and installed a new one. if i knew my passwords would disappear i would have printed them

At some point a few days ago I accidentally dragged the divider that separates the pinned and vertical tabs. As a result, for the last few days, I have been stuck with the divider being in a fixed position no matter how hard I try. The problem is that I use collapsed sidebar by default and can't reposition it for the collapsed tabs state, and as a result, there's a mismatch in how many pinned tabs I can see when hovered and when unhovered, among other issues

If possible, I'd love to just reset the position to how it was before, that being that it would show maximum pinned tabs and scroll the normal tabs, and do so for both collapsed and uncollapsed tabs, but I haven't found a way yet

I've tried dragging the divider to the very bottom, but that didn't work either and it'd eventually reset

All the articles say the same thing that PIP subtitles are supported for Amazon Prime so why is it impossible for me to get that to happen? No matter what I try the subtitles stay on the original tab screen. Ive done all the troubleshooting nothing changes it

A week ago, Firefox started freezing and acting all glitchy. Troubleshooting said to uninstall and reinstall, which I did. That's when the real trouble began. It lost all my data, pretty much signed me on as a brand-new user. Luckily, I was able to recover my data from my phone app, but it still did not work correctly. Nothing in the support pages was helpful, so I finally had ChatGPT assist. We got it restored using my recovery key and I though that everything was fixed. Then two days ago I got the 'not responding' thing happening every time I tried to reopen it, along with a generic Firefox web page opening randomly. I reopened it several times in troubleshooting mode, again, no help. So. uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall... you get the picture. I finally thought I had gotten it properly restored at 5:30 this morning with all my previous tabs showing up. But as soon as I tried to use it, the same old 'not responding' message. I always get the pop-up asking me if I want to close it or wait for it to respond, which it will eventually do, until I try to click on a tab. What the hell am I missing here? I've had Firefox for, oh, I don't know, 20 years or so. Never had problems.

Every time Firefox updates, my bookmarks are deleted. The still show up, but the links are empty. VERY FRUSTRATING! I have to reestablish every bookmark and that takes up valuable time.
