I am encountering an issue when attempting to save a PKCS#12 file in Firefox. The following error message is displayed:

• "Failed to save the PKCS#12 file for an unknown reason."*

I have tried saving the file multiple times, but the error persists. Could you please provide guidance or potential solutions to resolve this issue?

I want to disable the Tab hover preview and I follow the instructions per Mozilla Support, which are:

Enter about:config in the address bar and set browser. tabs. hoverPreview. enabled = false.

When I enter about.config and search for "set browser. tabs. hoverPreview. enabled = false" it comes up as false. And there doesn't seem to be a need or way to save that setting, already set to false. But it still has the hover preview.

How do I get rid of the preview mode?

I recently added an ADDON that function to, OPEN A LINK IN A NEW TAB.

I saw something about that the Addon wasn't monitored for security.

This lead me to ask this question:

DO ADDONS SEND INFORMATION TO OTHER ENTITIES BESIDES FIREFOX, FOR EXAMPLE DO THEY SEND INFO TO THE DEVELOPERS OF ADDONS?

I had to reset windows 11, all my files were kept ,including the history in firefox but the bookmarks of 10 years of work were deleted. I tried to restore it but there is no old version in my computer after the reset. iI am vey sad. please contact me in [email address] for help thank you

This recently happened on Firefox for my laptop and the characters are broken. I've tried re-installing and removing the files Application Support/Firefox, but the issue still persists. The language is set to English CA. Can anyone help with this please?

I was playing a game on Facebook when the screen froze and then blanked out. Now when I try to access any games, I get the message that 'my browser does not support this feature'. Is this a Facebook problem and is there anything I can do to solve it - there is no point trying to contact Facebook. TIA

This an interesting one. When running Firefox on my personal Macbook. I've been recently having issues loading sites like Reddit, Facebook and a few others in private browsing mode.

The issue seems to only affect certain sites, browsing the rest of the internet I have no issues. However, with these sites, they simply either will not load or require multiple refreshes to work.

Even more interesting, my work Macbook has a similar ecosystem and works fine.

I have updated and reinstalled Firefox, cleared caches and history. And run both with and without VPN. As well as being sure to reboot the Mac before trying each new attempted fix.

Does anyone have any idea what's happening or what my next steps might be before I go to Apple for help?

The interface for Multi-Account Containers has changed. How do I manage the containers. Specifically, how do I create new containers and delete old, unused ones? Put the Manage Containers button back with the old buttons.

I have a new desktop. I checked the box in Settings to "Always ask you where to save files." However, it's still dumping files in Downloads without asking.

Why, and how do we correct that?

I don't use severe settings, but X.com is most of the time blocked.

I can view X.com in Troubleshoot mode.

Winnowing all the apps would take a very long time as I use several dozen add-ons.

Normally I need to view X.com using Private window.

I am on v130 of Firefox and on some websites it just freezes. I cannot tab across. Even if i refresh nothing. But when i use Chomer all working fine. Read some things on how to correct this but does not work. Any advise?
