Just purchased and set up Thunderbird on new Samsung Galaxy S25 phone. Message inbox works but Sent, trash, and no other message box displays. How to correct and set up. Also how do you sync android Thunderbird phone app. w computer Thunderbird program. When I delete an inbox message on phone it is not deleted on computer Thunderbird program and vice versa . Computer is new build running Windows 11. Thanks for assistance. Techs at Verizon were unable to help.

Bei jedem Start von Thunderbird, soll ich ein Passwort für ein Konto "caldav" eingeben (siehe Bild Passwort), das Konto existiert aber nicht (siehe Bild Konten)!

Hat jemand eine Idee?

You guys keep hijacking my browser and stopping all my work on a near weekly basis. Shutting down my ability to work on projects and stopping my browser from functioning in the middle of use. I can't even pay bills without you guys interrupting my browser with your bullcrap.

This is unacceptable. I've gone through great lengths trying to stop you from hijacking my browser. I installed a policy generator and followed the instructions to put a policy in. I uninstalled Firefox's background updater tool. I disabled automatic updates in the settings to the best of my ability.

I've gone through everything I can think of trying to stop your forced updates. Its unethical what Mozilla is doing to its users. I even tried to lock policies with admin only authorizations but firefox couldn't read the file anymore when I did that. I did confirm today that the policy file was still working, when Firefox ignored it and shut down my browser till I restarted it. I confirmed that Firefox is blatently ignoring policies.

I just checked and Background Maintnence was installed again when I didn't want it. You're now installing software against my will too? What the hell is going on.

So if I download an attached file on gmail using Firefox... it crashes. If I open up a new tab on Firefox... it crashes. It only started this week.

I'm using 12.7.6 and I really don't want to go back to Chrome, so I hope you can help.

The macbook completely freezes apart from the mouse pointer which moves, but cannot open a thing. Every time I have to turn the macbook off to restart it.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version.

Hallo Zusammen,

ich stelle bei vielen Seiten im Internet fest, daß mit Firefox die Texte nicht richtig dargestellt werden, als ob Übersetzungsfehler vorlägen. Wenn ich zum Vergleich die gleiche Seite im zweiten Monitor paralell auf MS Edge aufrufe erscheint der Text dort richtig dargestellt. Zur Verdeutlichung meines Problems habe ich zwei Screenshots angehängt. Sie erkennen oben eine fehlerfreie Darstellung und unten die gleiche Internet-Seite - zum gleichen Zeitpunkt - mit dem Mozolla Browser.

Was muß ich an welcher Stelle in den Einstellungen von Firefox V146.0.1 für 64 bit auf Windows 11 ändern, damit ich weiterhin bei Euch bleiben kann? Für Eure Unterstützung im Voraus herzlichen Dank. Gruß aus Deutschland/Bayern/Augsburg

Hello, I'm a long time Mozilla user but I'm new to Thunderbird. I am setting up a new PC build with Windows 11 Home.

I've set up my Thunderbird with the incoming server imap.bellaliant.net port 143 outgoing server smtpa.bellaliant.net port 2225

The above servers were supplied buy my internet service supplier, although the support team originally gave me different servers. My ISP has stated security for both servers to be set no/none I can SEND emails but not receive incoming email. AS a note I can send and receive emails from my ISP's website using this email account. Do you have any suggestions. I realize this is a busy time of year, thank you. Kind Regards WS

I don't know if something has changed since the last time I downloaded a .ics file into thunderbird or not.

I used to be able to load a .ics file directly into 'events' in my calendar. But something has changed. When I download the file now it gives it the name "Zul52mNeovl5. Which happens to be the name of the file I'm downloading from. So now I have 3 options of where to put the file - Events, Tasks or this filename. I can't find this file anywhere on my computer. How do I get rid of it?

Any Help would be appreciated.

I updated Firefox for my laptop this afternoon and another Firefox window opened and I had 2 windows. I closed the original window. I tried to restore my tabs and bookmarks in the new window. My Recently Closed Tabs and Recently Closed Windows are greyed out in the "hamburger"menu. I have tried everything; trying to restore from my profiles folder on my laptop, trying about:session and at this point I am Totally lost and frustrated.
