On T-Bird start up I'm given a list of (originally) four Profiles. Currently I only use Profile Three, but on start=up today it is not there. Doing the usual searches does not list it, only 'default', 'new user' and 'profile two'. Is there any way to recover it?

I realized that all the bookmarks I had saved for years are now missing when I search using the browser. I did find them in other locations, but how can I see specific bookmarks that are missing?

After your security fix this morning, I discovered that I can't access my earthlink inbox. I keep getting the login page, and when I try to log in, the login page is all I get. I can, however, access my earthlink inbox on Edge. So I wonder if there was something in your security fix that is creating this problem on Firefox. How to fix this?

I have a new laptop and I am trying to recover my old Firefox data. On my previous laptop, I had Firefox bookmarks, saved passwords, browsing history, and other browser data. None of this information has appeared on my new laptop.

I have also forgotten the password for my Mozilla account. I tried to recover the account, but my bookmarks and other data are still missing.

Could you please explain how I can safely restore my bookmarks and saved login information?

My old laptop is [still available / no longer available]. The new laptop uses [Windows/macOS/Linux].

In previous versions of the app, holding the back button on android would display the recent history foldout. Currently it's not working anymore. However I've found out that the "virtual" back button to the address bar that can be added from the settings has mantained the correct behaviour. Adding an image to better clear uo what I'm referring to.

You did updates this morning which annoys me anyway. You do updates too often and at the wrong time of day. After you did updates, everything, all my bookmarks, etc. are gone. It's a blank screen.

Any search entry gets the following return:

etc etc

VPN has been working like a charm...today I go in circles...it asks me to sign in...ok...screen says go to open screen and open VPN...I click there but VPN takes me back to the original screen coming up first time today.

So I know these websites are kind of crap anyway, but I have issues with scrolling bsky.social (and other clients for it like witchsky) and twitter. The further into the timeline I get, the more frequently these webpages lag.

They begin freezing every few seconds for a few seconds, during which they queue left or right clicks, page up/page down, and various other commands, only processing them once it unfreezes. Firefox itself still works during this freeze, e.g. opening the main menu. Also, I can still scroll up or down to a limited degree, though this just exposes empty, unrendered webpage until it unfreezes.

bsky.social has had this problem for a long time, but twitter only recently developed this issue after I had to do a cache clear, cookie clear, etc. trying to log in a few weeks ago. Prior to that it didn't have this issue.

Task manager hasn't really helped elucidate what's wrong, so it might be an about:config that I set or even an unruly extension, but I really don't know what to try.

Since some time my standard number of print copies in Thunderbird has changed from 1 into 2. I have to adapt this number each time I print. How can I change this back?
