Youtube required constant mouse movment to run smoothly. looked for a fix, now youtube no longer works.
I have Firefox 18.0.1, Adobe Flash 11.5.502.146, and Java 7.11 My Youtube required me to constantly move my mouse over the youtube window to get it to run smoothly (pretty annoying). so I came here for help, and it said disable all plugins. did so.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

I was abit confused as to what to do at first but I worked it out. was/is running off the Shockwave Flash Add-on (when all this time I was looking for Adobe Flash haha).
