Why does the FireFox VPN keep showing me the let's get started tab after I sign in

Good evening,

I was trying to use the VPN option on the Fire Fox browser and it will not let me use it. I press the get started tab, sign in, and when it asks me to turn it on it simply just shows me the get started window again and it doesn't change. Is there anyway to fix this? Please let me know.
