Is there a problem with the DuckDuckGo add on? No matter what I try to add it to firefox I get a message telling me it cant be installed as the file is corrupt. This appears to be on every DuckDuck add on? How is it sorted?

Several users are having that issue when trying to install add-ons. You could try installing a search engine from the MyCroft Project.
