Website logos won't show up in tabs or bookmarks on firefox but will show up in chrome

When I use Firefox the logo for my bank website won't show up but it will show up in Chrome. The first 2 pictures attached are of the website opened as well as the bookmark. The last 2 are of Firefox. Please help as this is very frustrating as it makes it harder to know what bookmark I need to click on

There are some problems with the way the website specifies the favicon. This file exists:

This file doesn't exist (404):

Firefox seems to prefer the latter and fails. There can also be problems when the website sends a no-cache header.
