Can I have the favorites bookmarks tool bar show up under address bar like it does for Mac os?

In my Firefox app on my Mac Pro, I can show the favorites bookmarks toolbar constantly under the address bar. I cannot find a way to do that in Firefox for IOS 12. Is there a way to do this?
