Fox News video popups run automatically and I can't seem to block them?

I've looked through the help files, and the recommended solutions of changing the Adobe Flash settings don't seem to be available (in fact, adobe appears not to be loaded at all.) I am sure there is something simple I am missing, so thanks in advance.

Many websites have switched to the HTML5 player that is built in the browser.
