When inside EBay under https, ie I have logged into EBay site, if I go to the internal email application and try to use it, eg reply to a seller it crashes Firefox with a 'connection to server reset', if I try again it never reconnects, you have to restart Firefox & log in from scratch. Using latest Win10Pro and have already tried safe mode and removing all add-ons etc to no avail. So currently have to use Explorer to do these things which is less than ideal. It also did this on other sites before but I have not used these site for a while. Similar to EBay you are inside and use a function of some sort and it crashes Firefox, a Long time ago this did not happen I would say for several moths it has done it now. Any assistance to a solution appreciated.

There is security software like Avast and Kaspersky and BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

I noticed from an earlier post that you were in China. Is that still the case ?

(May not be important or relevant. Then again China may have region specific issues.)
