Find My Device is one of many Firefox OS features that keeps your information safe and secure. It lets you locate a lost phone, or lock and erase it if you are no longer able to get it back.

Set up Find My Device on your phone

We recommend signing up for Find My Device before you leave home with your new phone. It only takes a few easy steps:

1. Tap on the Settings app on your phone.
2. Tap on Find My Device in the Account Management section.
3. Tap the switch next to Enable Find My Device to turn it on.
4. Tap on Sign In or Create an Account
   • You can log in with an existing Firefox Account. If you are creating a new account, simply enter the email address and password you'd like to use. When you receive a confirmation email, click on the link in the email to confirm your new account.

Find your device

Follow these steps to locate a lost device:

1. Visit https://find.firefox.com and sign in with the same information you used for your device.
2. An icon on a map will show you where your phone is.
3. デバイスを探したりデバイスの個人情報を守るために，以下の方法を試してください:
   • デバイスを鳴らす: デバイスを最大音量で鳴らします．この方法はデバイスが近くにある場合に有効です．デバイスを見付けた場合は，音量を下げて音を消して下さい．
   • ロックする: 遠隔操作でデバイスをロックし，第三者の操作からデバイスを守ります． この場合，デバイスの画面にメッセージを表示する事が出来ます(例: 拾得者へのメッセージ等)．
   • 個人情報の削除: どうしてもデバイスを発見出来ない場合は，誰からもデバイスを触らせないためにあらゆる個人情報を削除する事も出来ます．
