how do I save my print settings? when Firefox is closed, the settings revert to the default setting.

My page setup choices for printing (URL at top, date at bottom, etc.) are not saved in this newest version of Firefox (6.something). After Firefox is closed, the page setup reverts to the default setting, which I do not want. The old Firefox saved the users' settings. Is this change permanent? How can I save my settings?
