The Close, Minimize and Zoom buttons of Firefox window (and other Mozilla products) are wrongly aligned in Mac OS when the system locale is right-to-left (e.g. Arabic)

In Mac OS, when the locale is right-to-left, the window control buttons should appear in the top-right side of the window. In case of tabbed window it should show before tabs. That is not the case here in Mozilla products. They show to the left in a malformed way. Only the close button is clickable, the Minimize button is barely visible and the Zoom button is totally hidden off-canvas. (Please see attached screenshot).
