Error 7.5.1 when sending (some) emails

When sending typical emails to usual correspondents a 7.5.1 error message appears and blocks the sending since a day now. In very few cases the message went through. I am attaching a screenshot. Please note that I am using a valid Panta antivirus and I just scanned the whole Thunderbird folder. Looking forward to your valuable hints, G.
