how to permanent disable customize from address option .

Pls check this may lead to miscommunication using this option . for your reference kindly find attachment .

Any Employee can be wrong utilization this option . i have install add in identity chooser . But when i writes any mail and i will select option . then this option of customize from address is present . it is big problem of thunder bird mail client . please help me out .

I suppose I could share with your the truly important part. IF you SMTP server is correctly and securely configured it will not send mail for accounts that do not belong to the user name and password used to connect to the server. So being able to change ot not change the option is largely irrelevant if your server side tools are set up in a secure manner.
