I receive mails with another username instead of my name
There is another name instead of my name in the "to" field. However in the "source code" other names appear.
I received about 65 mails of this kind. How to end this story ? thanks for help Hans

I presume your email address is not any of those 64 listed in the TO field as shown in the view source code.
I presume you have no knowledge of the alledged 'FROM' person or indeed any of those mentioned in the TO field or anything to do with the ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH UNIT INFECTIOUS DISEASE CONTROL HEALTH OFFICIALS Seberang Perai Utara PENANG
the From displayed in the source code is not the same as the one in the displayed 'FROM field and I doubt the email address even belongs to either person.
Professor Dr. Azlinda Azman does exist and can easily be found via google. The 'dean_soc@usm.my' is shown as her email address. It might be worth while letting her know about the emails being sent out in her name. As it is likely she has no idea what is occuring.
It is likely the sender put your name in a Bcc field, so you would get a copy of the email, but it would not show any bcc field.
This looks like an attempt by some nefarious person trying to make this email 'sound' legit, to get a possible response from you so they know your email address is real and who knows what else.
I would strongly recommend that you do not repond to any of these emails. I would immediately start training your Junk controls to learn that these emails are Junk. So they end up in Junk instead of Inbox. some info to help:
