I had used goggle for years, then I saw a friend that has Firefox, after "playing" with Firefox for a long while, it done on me that it had all I wanted plus more and all in one site!!! I have a Samsung tablet and I hope my wish can come true. I love all the support they have for writers and people that have a passion for learning and teaching.

Hi

Glad to hear it! Welcome to a better, more open web!

With regards to using Firefox on your Samsung Tablet, you already seem to be using Firefox for Android which is really fab. There are three further Android apps from Mozilla that you may wish to look at:

Mozilla Stumbler - A Mozilla project (possibly defunct) to help better understand wireless networks globally.

Mozilla Webmaker - An educational app to help people better understand the core principles of web development (without the code!).

Firefox for Android Beta - Just like the app you are already using, but the next yet-to-be-released version. Might have a few unresolved issues that we are still polishing, but a great way to use new features before other people and to contribute feedback and telemetry to help us make the next version even better.

(The best way to get these is to search for them through the Google Play app on your device.)

Mozilla is a global community, many thousands strong that contribute what they can to make the web open. There are many opportunities to get involved to make the internet a better place, many of which do not require any coding skills.

If you are interested in contributing, or just finding out a bit more, feel free to click on my name (to the left of this answer) and select Private Message and I would be happy to help.

Thank you for your question. Keep rocking the open web.

You also mentioned "including email" in your question: Mozilla does not offer Firefox/Thunderbird/Mozilla email services. You have many other choices for email if you do not want to use Gmail, but of course, you'll still need at least one Gmail account because Android requires it.
