Firefox crashes
Why does Firefox crashes? I close it and and a window pops up telling me to update browser and when I click Icon I see no download to new version It does state that firefox has been updated to new version. But it always happens when I'm browsing at Macy's, Sears, Dillard's etc.

What is your computer system and Firefox?
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

No one has contacted me with a solution ..I can't believe you all can't solve the problem!!.
It is a Trojan site that is sending out that screen that says your Firefox is out of date. just close your browser, go to the correct Firefox site to be sure you have the latest updates. This also includes the screens that popup on ADOBE Flash player.
