The print goes gray before I read it. It's not the bold it should be.
Sometimes when the messages arrives it is bold. Quickly, before I even read it it goes gray. Sometimes when several emails arrive at one time I open one email and all the others then go gray.
I have spent three hours with my remote technicians, who always get a "test" to work and then leave assuming it's working.
