I've recently discovered the free Mozilla Firefox VPN. I live in Canada and I use it in order to watch anime from a legal French site. However, a few days ago, the list of countries available when I click on « Select Location » was suddenly significantly reduced while I was watching an episode. Now, it only shows very few countries (South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Australia, the United States and Japan). France completely disappeared from the list. I tried to disconnect and reconnect from my account once, and it originally fixed the issue. But then I made the mistake of disconnecting and reconnecting it again (I don't remember why), and now the problem is back again, no matter what I do.

Could you please tell me what should I do in order to get the longer countries list back (and especially the French location)?

Whenever I turn the free 50GN Firefox VPN on, regardless of the set VPN location, my connection immediately cuts. I've tried refreshing Firefox, raising and lowering my security and DNS over HTTPs settings, clearing DNS cache, and updating Firefox, but none of these attempts fixed it. I can tell its the VPN since everything will load again after I turn it off.

When I had my DNS over HTTPs set to default, it used to say I was connected to cloudflare, but after trying the VPN with it set to off or custom, it now says "DNS over HTTPs is off" when set to default. When I turned on the VPN while the default setting was on, it gave me an error message regarding cloudflare that I can't remember or recreate now that the "DNS over HTTPs is off" at all times. It will only say I'm using cloudflare on the custom setting.

I had a similar issue to this issue a couple months ago, but I resolved it by putting my security settings to default. This time, it seems to be a bit more complex than that.

the build in VPN is not working anymore: the messages we get are often like "no internet connection". i did use it now for some weeks, but after the last update it stopped working now for some days.

The new VPN feature is really wonderful. But I'll run through my 50gb practically overnight if I leave the feature on and all my YouTube traffic runs through it.

I would like a feature where I can whitelist (or blacklist?) certain websites. Then, my personal browsing on most websites would be protected even if YouTube could get its hooks into me.

When i try to access to the net with firefox and the VPN is actived, i can't. it's searching but never finding. If i desactivated the VPN, it's work. The problem is here just since a few days. Before it was working

Since a few days the free VPN in Firefox doesn't work anymore. When I activate it and try to load a website, i get the message: Connection with VPN failed. Try again in a few minutes. It also says, that my connection is possibly not private and that an app can possibly see my data traffic. The VPN always used to work fine, and I didn't change anything.

Good evening, the built-in VPN has not been working for a week, when enabled, NO sites open and the message "could not connect to the VPN" pops up, the browser is blocked completely, what to do?

No web pages are loading when the built in Firefox vpn is on. Worked fine a few days ago and I haven’t changed any settings, still have GB allowance. Just seems to have stopped working. Web pages load fine with it off. Changed browsers and still nothing. On windows 11. Cheers
