Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to request a refund for my monthly subscription fee for the product Mozilla VPN, in accordance with your 30-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the subscription (from 18th July 2026) did not meet my expectations, and I would therefore like to make use of this guarantee and cancel my membership.
