Hello, I run Firefox mobile on a Motorola g stylus 5g, and although I'm aware it's a lower-end device, the constant crashes with the app is becoming infuriating. I'm on the newest version, and a large majority of these crashes occur when I'm on twitter browsing posts.

These crashes can happen a few minutes into browsing to an hour, and this issue used to never happen until the update before this one. I use a few extensions related to appearance, those being Ublock origin, dark reader, and control panel for twitter. Performance regarding being on the website has always been awful, but it's never crashed before.

In addition, the app is insistent on reverting me to tabs I had either an few hours ago to days ago, and it changes to what I currently had on screen for unexplainable reasons. I've tried resyncing tabs but this rarely solves the issue

Any advice in resolving these crashes would be appreciated. Attached is my crash log.

How do I deselect multiple folders selected it didn't happen until today and now I can't use thunderbird. There is no way to deselect multiple folder and I did not select that option need to move through different emails account and my local folder where I have emails sorted and I need this at I have emails pertained to forms I need to complete in order to submit request for pension. It work perfectly well yesterday prior to recent update. I need access to my emails

Apparently, there must be a flaw with Mozilla Account where it relates to being logged in and the browser crashing within 2 minutes of use. WHENCi'm logged into my Mozilla Account to sync bookmarks, etc., the browser crashes within about 2 minutes of browsing after the fact. I know about there being some issue with Java causing the issue, (see prior questions posed in this forum), but it's getting pretty dawned annoying. Ai have to LOG OUT of the Mozilla Account to be able to use the browser.

This mainly occurs on a Samsung Galaxy Tab running the latest version of Android and Samsung's One UI. this is still occurring despite updating to the current Android version of the browser. I'm attaching a screenshot of the most recent crashes that Haven't experienced for review.

Can someone please look into this issue? If a solution can be found, can it be pushed out automatically?

I am getting a message below my bookmarks bar telling me: "You have an unsent crash report related to crashes being investigated, sending it will help us improve Firefox. Closing this notification will ignore this report." How do I access that report and send it?

If I leave Firefox on instead of closing out when I finish with my work, it will almost alwayns crash and make me sign in again, which means that I have to sign in again to Yahoo and Att email, as well as any other programs that I was using when I did work on my desktop. I am running Windows 11 and I'm update on all of my windows updates. If this can't be resolved in the next few days I will have to start using another Browser

I cannot get Thunderbird to launch. It acts like it is stuck on perhaps one account and circles keep spinning as if it never can get a few of my tabbed emails open. It keeps saying it "isn't responding." Since this began happening a few days ago, I've stopped the Thunderbird task through Task Manager, I've shutdown and restarted my whole system multiple times, I've updated to the latest Windows platform and made sure my drivers were all up to date... I can't update my thunderbird (if required) because I can't get in in the first place. I have hundreds of emails in multiple accounts under my current Thunderbird. I can't afford to lose all that history. I don't know which version I'm using because, again, I can't get the desktop app to launch. What do I do?

Thunderbird is installed on an iMac Retina 5K, 27" 2019 computer running macOS 15.7.6, but just this week, when it starts, it only opens a window with tabs and does not finish opening the app. The window shows the tabs, but they just have a bouncing dot from right to left, and anywhere I move the mouse on the window's control bar, I get a swirling color wheel. I restarted the Mac (no change), deleted the app and downloaded a new one, and nothing changed. Force Quit says it's 'not responding'. What do I do next?

Main Inbox folder (using POP3) is about 13 GB

Thunderbird crashes and/or becomes unresponsive on opening. This happens in both normal mode and safe mode.

Typically, there first is this error message: "The account is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages." I click OK on that message, and after a while, Tbird becomes "unresponsive."

I've tried deleting Inbox.msf, but that didn't help.

Sometimes, I get this error: "Unable to write to the mailbox. Please ensure the file system allows you write privileges and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox." There have been no changes in Windows accounts, so it seems highly unlikely that there is a permission issue.

The hard drive on this system has about 233 GB free.

Where do I go from here?

I have/had two different problems with the same results. In the first case I get the login window. I enter the password hit return and that window goes away and some times you can scroll to different opened emails before it says "Not Responding". The only action that works is to exit the app. Usually after a few days or weeks it will start working and does so for a few days or weeks. Lately the login window does not appear when the app opens and it displays the "Not Responding" message. It shows that it is "Loading Message". I have tried all of the options from the troubleshooting window and reinstalled Thunderbird with no change in response> Where do I go from here?

Firefox on Android freezes completely whenever I open multiple tabs.

Steps to reproduce:

Open the Firefox app on my phone.

Open a website in one tab.

Open a second or third tab and try to switch between them or browse.

Observed result:

The browser stops responding, freezes, and fails to load or switch tabs smoothly.

Expected result:

The browser should handle opening and switching between multiple tabs without freezing or crashing.

I am back again with the same issue that I presented on the forum post three months ago. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1594903?utm_campaign=questions-reply The difference is now it is happening on Firefox v157.0.1;everything else is identical. Qubes os R4.3.2 with Firefox 157.0.1 in a Fedora 44 xfce VM. To recap I open one window for Proxmox Datacenter Manager and as soon as I click to sign in Firefox completely disappears. I can open this in Chromium browser and Firefox ESR v.140.17.0 esr perfectly fine. Please consult the original post for all I did to troubleshoot this. I am working with the esr version now but would like to help put this issue to bed. Community members stepped up last time to help me so I am here to do my small part for others. Ever since the most recent update the app keeps crashing and also causes my phone to heat up and use more battery. This never happened until recently. I’m the type to have a lot of tabs open on my phone but it’s always been fine until now.
