On https://support.startpage.com/hc/en-us/articles/4616565301524-What-is-the-Settings-URL it states, "You can save your Startpage preferences by clicking the Save your settings button at the bottom of the Settings page." I cannot find any such button anywhere in my Settings. I want to save "-youtube -facebook -spotify -instagram" to my search parameters. Thank you!

When I put my PC to sleep, my add-ons disappear and stop showing up, and I get automatically logged out of sites I was logged into. After that, a message appeared saying that Tab Session Manager was corrupted. When I tried to repair it, all 200 or so tabs I had saved previously disappeared. How can I fix this? I’m really stuck.

Out of nowhere today I encountered with Firefox seemingly crashing. My laptop said it needed to reboot. Once rebooted I began to get the missing/inaccessible profile error. I tried to uninstall / reinstall but continue to get the error. When I search through for the missing profile per all guidance and troubleshooting Windows says it's not found. When I use the "run" it doesn't bring me to a folder but to a notepad type screen (copy paste below). I do not see where I have any options. Would it be effective to just delete all Mozilla from my laptop? I uninstalled / reinstalled but same error.

We are a high school alumni association and Firefox is used primarily for our social media sites but yesterday it started not opening our Facebook page properly - doesn't open the whole page, won't open the comments and if you click on something it just sits and spins

I am trying to sync FF to a new pc laptop from my old pc laptop. I am signed into FF on both devices, but they won't auto sync, even when the (orignal) says that it is. My old laptop is still running on Windows 10. Could this be the reason? If not, please advise how this can be accomplished.

I have to click more than once to get almost everything.I have to do it in yahoo mail when I want to delete something or move it to a different folder,dropdown for firefox bookmarks. Even when playing a game I have to click an item in several times before it finally grabs item and I can use it It happens on FB when I click on a reel I want to see almost everything. It is driving me insane. I tried using Chrome just to see if it did the same thing and it does. Could this be a Dell problem? Of course my warranty is over.

Every time I open my PC I get message - Firefox update available. Ignored it for awhile, the foolishly clicked "update." Got a new "profile" and lost all of my saved and autofill passwords but four. Makes logging in to frequently used sites almost impossible, extremely inconvenient. I do not want a new "profile." Need to recover-go back to the version I had before "updating."

I bought two new computers, and installed Firefox on both. Oddly, the Dell computer has Ff VPN; the ASUS does not? They are used in the same household, same location--wonder why only one computer has the Ff VPN, fearing it is something I may have set up incorrectly. Thanks.

While submitting online forms for opting out of data brokers getting the following error: Invalid Turnstile captcha response. Using Windows 10 and latest Firefox, tried putting Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode which runs without extensions and searched for online solutions, but no help.

I set up my Mozilla account, with its pirmary and secondary emails, before deleting my primary email To switch my secondary email to my primary email, I'd need to receive a code on my primary email, which has been deleted.

Default homepage is yahoo. Since the update to version 149, if I do a search from yahoo, the new tab that opens with the search result is blank most of the time. I have to click reload for the search results to show up.

Is anybody else having that problem? Seems to be yahoo search specific but not 100% sure.

Hey mozilla team,

I have issues with firefox sync as it doesn't sync old search history. Firefox Sync works perfectly for recent search history and chronic, but I imported an old profile (xyz.default) to firefox and logged in with my mozilla account. Started synching so that the old profile's history gets merged with the current one. It doesn't. I can see it in the imported old profile, but if I check history on another device, it's not there (aka only locally but not synced yet).

Is it generally possible to add an existing profile and then syncing it to merge it with the current search history one?

I down loaded and saved the offered version, replacing my existing FIREFOX version for the "latest" version. How do I initiate "installation? I use WIN 11, browse with Firefox or less often with DuckDuck.

At the last FF update, I discovered that I had VPN on my top status bar but what does it do?

I have v. 150.0.1 (64 bit). Also Windows 11. I live in France and the only reason to use a VPN is to watch a UK soap which I cannot watch by any other means unless it's live on the TV. I know how to turn it on (obvious), so when I use the BBC website, this is what I do. But it makes not the slightest bit of difference as I am still recognised as being outside the UK.

Am I not doing something please?
