i have a Mozilla firefox short cut on my desk top. It looks like a blank sheet of paper and i can not delete it.Im the administer of the PC i keep trying but it says i don't have permission. i uninstalled then reinstalled Firefox but i still can't delete the shortcut that doesn't work and looks like a blank sheet of paper. please help me thanks.

Using these steps may help you out;
1. Right click on the shortcut 2. Click on Properties 3. Then find and click on security
From there on, you can change the permissions.

You may need to take ownership if you can't delete the shortcut.
