I am a "low tech" person so I don't see how to fix it so that when I go to my Bookmarks section and hit mris.com, I can get my email again (I can get the mother program--matrix.mris.com) This has happened once before and a tech person was able to help me "restore" my email with Firefox.

I need to know how to do this.
