I tried with the URL you guys provided to download firefox 4 beta. But i think it is not working please have a look into that. I am using Samsung Galaxy Spica.

Checking the system requirements page, you may be able to run the experimental ARMv6 build. For details see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android#System_Requirements
