I am trying to sync FF to a new pc laptop from my old pc laptop. I am signed into FF on both devices, but they won't auto sync, even when the (orignal) says that it is. My old laptop is still running on Windows 10. Could this be the reason? If not, please advise how this can be accomplished.

It should work regardless of your system. And I see you have done the right thing to start sync. Now you can

1. On both laptops: Click your profile avatar and select Sync Now. 2. On either laptop: Click your profile avatar > Manage account and verify both devices are listed under Connected Services.

If sync is still not ok, you may need start troubleshoot mode to check: Help > Troubleshoot Mode It can be that some extensions are causing problems.

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if recent Sync logs are available. You can upload the file to a website if you can't post the content of the file in a reply.
