Lost emails
Our email address list was hacked. We had Windows 10 reinstalled. Most folders disappeared. Is there any way to recover them and their contents since the emails are presumably still on the server (we had not been using Local Folders) ?

If your emails are still on the server, you should be able to recreate the account and access them. You can verify the messages exist by logging on to your online account.
