Computer is slow through fire fox, missing files noted on start up

My computer suddenly slowed down Chatted with apple for 4 hours and conducted all they reccommended. Deleted forefox completly and ri-installed latest version. When I open ebay in firefox everything is slow and error comes up about missing pdf file.All other sites appear to work. When I open ebay in safari no problem whatsoever all works. what can I do to rectify the problem. I want to continue using firefox but if I can't resolve this issue I will have to revert to safari

Hi, there is no reason why eBay is saying your missing a PDF. None.

You say about a missing. Can you please take a screenshot of the error and post it here (sometimes have problems uploading) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem
