My Thunderbird Account Settings are only available in Thunderbird safe mode.

I'm running 52.4.0. When I go to Account Settings, I'm given an Account Actions dropdown that only offers adding or deleting accounts. However, my Account Settings are available in Thunderbird Safe Mode.

"Fixes" already tried: 1. Does problem go away if you start Thunderbird in safe mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird. Response: Yes 2.Suggest you test to see which (if any) of your addon extension is causing a conflict. Enable your addons one at a time, restarting Thunderbird each time and testing. Response: all addons are disabled, but problem persists. 3. uncheck the checkbox : 'Use hardware acceleration when available', click on OK. Response: that didn't help. 4. Please also check tools > developer tools > error console just before, and then immediately after visiting account settings. What do you see in the console that is new? Response: nothing in error console before and after.
