Email coming to me is getting bounced back as Spam , how do I allow this person's email to get through to me ?

I am assuming that Thunderbird thinks their message or email address is Spam, how do I change this so Thunderbird allows me to get their emails? This just started recently...was fine before.

Email servers bounce messages. Your provider has servers, not Thunderbird. Also Thunderbird does not ever use the word Spam.

You should ask your provider why they reject the message.
