I had received several emails containing viruses into my Thunderbird account. In an effort to ensure my computer was clean, I ran a virus scan. It highlighted a folder in the Thunderbird folders, indicating the virus was hiding there. As such, I deleted the folder. Since then each time I try to load my Thunderbird emails, I get the message "my Thunderbird profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible". I have uninstalled and re-installed Thunderbird several times, all to no avail. I have searched the help menu on the Thunderbird website and feel I need additional help in re-installing the profile since much of the information seems to be for when this particular folder is still on the computer. I use Thunderbird for a work engagement and am hoping you will be able to help me as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your help Kathy
