Every time I get another IN-Box within my IN-Box

Problem 1. When I start Thunderbird, I get an extra In-Box within my In-Box. Underneath this "unnecessary" In-Box, I get an extra Trash-Box too. Every time I delete those two folders and clean my Trash-Box afterwards.

In vain because the next time I start Thunderbird, the whole procedure starts a-new.

Problem 2. My Junk-Box disappeared (the box with the little orange flame icon. I created a new one with the name: "Ongewenst" but the little flame icon did not came back too.

Where my folders are: C:\Users\Usuario\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\ffuvww01.default\ImapMail\imap.djw-detmar.nl
