Firefox OS does not use Thunderbird. I don't know if the Mail app supports PGP or if there is a 3rd party app that does.

Hi xdc1, Currently Firefox OS does have a mail app that support Enigmail and there is not one currently available in the marketplace.

http://softwarerecs.stackexchange.com.../free-libre-xmpp-client-for-firefox-os mentions that LoquiIM does have an end to end encryption feature however.
