'Hi. I noticed earlierthings glitching now wenttomy accountpage and they want me to reeverify my password and b it keeps saying wrong. Then sends me a email to fix with the number and says it's wrong! I am down to 2 or 3 attempt

I wasn't sure which topic to pick.

I'm experiencing an issue with a site that has broken links. I contacted them and they asked me to delete their cookies. I am unable to find a way to do this.

Is there a method for me to do this?

For the past two weeks, I haven’t been able to access youtube.com on Firefox. Every other browser loads it without any issues. I’ve already tried switching devices, reinstalling Firefox, changing networks and locations—but nothing fixes it. The YouTube app works fine, and this problem only occurs when opening youtube.com in Firefox.

On desktop Firefox, I get:

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to youtube.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

On mobile Firefox, I get:

Cannot Complete Request Additional information about this problem or error is currently unavailable.

I would appreciate any help resolving this issue.

I receive emails from "TenTabs from Firefox". When i click on the unsubscribe button in the email, i get directed to the following page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/newsletter/existing/ When i enter my email and click "Send me a link", i get a new email in my inbox with the subject "Your email preference center link", and a button in the email that says "Email preference center". When i click on the link, it takes me to a page saying "Manage your Email Preferences". I didnt find Ten Tabs to unsubscribe. Even i umsubscribed from the 4 options available on the site but i still recieve emails every couple of days.

I want to easily unsubscribe from TenTabs. I did some research and i think it is related to Pocket.

Cant sign in to scan code to sync devices.

I will be 99 years old trying to do what you say i must but there is no sign in

I think Firefox would be great if i ever somehow manage to go here do this do that.

I am trying to sync my android and laptop Firefox if i live long enough to do your contortions

And I CANT SUBMIT THIS with tapping the SUBMIT KEY 50 times so far

I need to enable javascript for getting access to some sites which are very useful for any projects, I have tried many things to get access of that, I know javascript can be enabled as default but it doesn't work for me and I also tried disabling extensions, clearing cookie sites and turning off enchanted tracking protection. None of these worked, I am using android device so doing troubleshooting mode won't work. There's a command (about: config) everyone has tried and eventually became successful to get access to enable javascript. This command doesn't even load in searchbar which made me very mad, by doing everything I've tried. Please I need you to help me with this.

Every time I open up Firefox or a new tab, browser wants to know "what I think" of it.

First time it popped up, I clicked "It's great" but eventually I'm getting so annoyed of it I'm considering other browsers.

The carefully organized order of my Firefox bookmarks on my PC is completely ruined by the stupid alphabetical sorting of bookmarks on the Firefox app on my Androïd smartphone. And that is all the more frustrating than the icon pictures of the links are replaced by a mere letter which doesn't enable to recognise the website's icon visually. In my ASTROLOGY folder of my Firefox bookmarks which includes about 100 links, it is a real pain in the neck to find the links to my favorite websites whose precise names I don't necessarily remember (Astrology websites often have similar names) among in such an extensive list of bookmarks, instead of finding my favourit and most usual bookmarks at the very beginning of the list in the folder.

Randomly deleted everything. No new device added, no password change (wish is ridiculous y'all aren't sharp enough to create an encryption mechanism that doesn't delete on pass change), no device removed. Years of 1 desktop and 1 Android. How do I get it back from the servers? I don't care if it's encrypted. I just lost 10 yrs of bookmarks. Don't send me fluff or bs answers that tech noobs accept

I use Firefox as my default browser for my PC, Mac and Android phone. Suddenly, all of my bookmarks and home screen shortcuts have disappeared... I'm guessing after an update. I'm also guessing I'm not the first person with this issue I have tried syncing multiple times as well as uninstall and reinstall... Nothing, they are all gone. They are all still there on my PC versions. Can't find any tab for bookmark backups, Can you help me get these back?

A site I use, bestcrosswords.com, has been acting weirdly since late on 11/18. Instead of the highlighting changing with the active word, the highlighting has gone completely haywire. I have already posted regarding that and filed a bug report (the problem does not occur in DuckDuckGo), but the site has started giving a suggestion I cannot follow.

Please see the image. I can see how the suggestion works on a desktop, but not a phone. Please forgive me if it's considered too obvious to document, but despite searching the phone's software and the Web for advice, I cannot find anyway to follow the site's suggestion.

Could someone clarify the point for me?

Description of the Issue ​When I start a file download (especially a large file) in Firefox for Android and then use the Recent Apps/Overview screen to swipe the Firefox app away (closing the app), the download process is immediately cancelled and cannot be resumed. ​Expected Behavior ​An active, background download should continue running even if the user closes the main Firefox application window by swiping it away from the Recent Apps list, or it should at least become a resumable failed download. Many other Android apps (like Chrome, dedicated download managers, or media players) can maintain active background tasks even when swiped from recents. ​Steps to Reproduce ​Open Firefox for Android. ​Navigate to a website with a large file (e.g., a 200MB test file). ​Start the download and confirm it is active (visible in the notification panel). ​Press the Home button (or swipe up) to go to the main home screen. ​Open the Recent Apps / Overview screen. ​Swipe the Firefox app card away to close it completely. ​Check the Android notification panel and the Firefox Downloads history. ​Actual Result ​The active download is immediately and permanently cancelled. It must be started again from the beginning, leading to data waste and user frustration, especially on slow or unstable connections.
