Hi Mozilla Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Firefox browser on my Android phone. Some websites either don’t load at all or load partially (missing images, broken layout, or blank screen). These same websites work perfectly on Chrome and other browsers.

My Details:

Device: [Your device name, e.g. Samsung Galaxy A32]

Android Version: [e.g. Android 12]

Firefox Version: [e.g. Firefox 120.1.0]

Tried: Clearing cache, restarting phone, reinstalling Firefox

Still facing the issue on mobile data and Wi-Fi both

Is there any fix or setting I should check? Would really appreciate your help.

Android version : 10 Website : facebook.com mobile view Issue : when I typing comment in any post, the page are automatically scrolling down, and keyboard keep come and gone, but not when I use web version(desktop version) I want to attach the issue in video but no option for that so, I just write this down Additional info: Installed extensions : Unlock origin and Dark reader, I try disable both but not fix the issue.

Sync was working great across multiple devices, which was the main reason to choose Firefox actually. Then, two days ago it just stopped. No device was syncing the tabs on the other ones. I had to add the devices again, losing all synced tabs in the process.

Every time Firefox updates, the settings I have (eg. Address bar on bottom, no stories on homepage) are erased and set to default. It's been happening for the last year.

In the last few weeks I noticed weird things happening with the keyboard open. The problem is that my screen gets covered by massive grey bar, sometimes it leaves a tinly slit like in the first two screenshots, sometimes it's all grey and I can't see what I'm typing. Everything seems to work underneath because as soon as I hide the keyboard my text is there like nothing happened. Last screenshot shows the extra grey bar on the top of the screen that's not there in any other app but Firefox and it's probably related (it's the same grey that covers the entire screen when keyboard is on the display). One more thing I didn't catch on screenshot is the address bar - sometimes when I type what I want, press "go" keyboard goes down but the address bar doesn't, it stays in the middle leaving the infamous grey space below. All I need to do is tap on the address bar to show they keyboard, tap elsewhere and keyboard goes out, address bar goes down.

It happens only in Firefox for most webpages, never in any other app, it does happen in private tabs as well, with no addons. Everything is updated to their newest versions, I reintalled the app as well - no results. Am I the special one because I can't se anyone else complaining about it?

Let's say I have Firefox running in the background for the day. The theme is white, because it's daylight. At 10pm I go back to Firefox, well it stays white whereas it should follow the system theme (that automatically changed at sunset). Restarting Firefox works, theme applies.

It should be applied automatically whether Firefox is running or not in the background.

For the last month or so, whenever I open a new page there's a long delay where nothing happens. I tried disabling the extensions but it still happens. My Firefox (Android) is up to date and I can share a video and other relevant info. Thanks

I realized while connecting to a website that my connection data (username and password) won't fill automatically. I then check my passwords in my Mozilla account : all is empty...

I wonder if there is a way to recover all those passwords?

I cannot check if the passwords are still saved in the second device for the moment.

While testing some fan-made game community websites, I noticed that Firefox handles them a bit differently compared to Chrome or Edge. For example, I checked https://nullsbrawl.tech/ (not an official site, just a community project) and saw that it loads more slowly and sometimes behaves differently in Firefox.

This made me curious:

Does Firefox have different handling for script-heavy or unofficial community websites?

What tools in Firefox Developer Tools would you recommend for debugging performance issues?

Are there guidelines for developers to make such sites more compatible with Firefox?

I’d love to understand more about how Firefox manages these situations.

So, my comment in a review for Mozilla android asks me to post here - so my information will be disconnected with that - the email Mozilla provide for support is never read - so it seems Mozilla have zero commitment to helping users by fixing issues. I think my time using the app will be very short, but who cares - certainly not Mozilla. The issue is that navigating telegraph.co.uk is a pain - go to a page to read an article - then go back to the main page - it goes to a random different location on the main page - so waste time finding my place - it's nonsense. How can I remove recent pages (if I even get there just once) from the shortcuts I made manually? I can't switch off the shortcuts, but I don't need recent pages to be there

Is there a way to make all the shortcuts be visible in one single page? I have 12 shortcuts, but I despise that I have to scroll to the right to click the shortcut. I have so much space underneath since everything else is disabled for the homepage.

I have uploaded this image for the reference, whomsoever may help. This is popping up all the time while I'm browsing on a site via Firefox android app. Kindly tell me how to block this popup's and get rid of it completely
