Yesterday, possibly related to updating to version 148, my profile completely disappaered. My old profiles are not visible under about:profiles, but are present on disk. They can not be imported with firefox -P. How do I get my profile data back?

For about a month I've had to use Chrome because my bookmarks scramble or become unoperatable, then about 4 days ago they started saving again & all bookmarks worked fine. This lasted about 3 days then went back to becoming dead or wrong (may all say 1 or 2) sites I visit. a restart may lose any new bookmarks, & the rest of my bookmarks are either wrong site or dead links. How do I correct? I have tried new downloads & the new Firefox acts just like the messed up version. Probably a simple setting but I give up, can't find the solution. Any help appreciated. When trying to access the Princess Cruise website I just keep getting a blank page. Princess says I need to remove extensions. I have read and read and to be honest I am totally confused. Please help.

Firefox is CONSTANTLY crashing now and I'm about ready to switch to another browser unless someone can give me a reason to stay.

I have a situation - which I had previously researched and resolved - that has come back to haunt me.

I use an ultra-widescreen monitor and searching/browsing obviously necessitates a center-screen search box which, up until now, Firefox has provided cleanly and with simplicity. However, I see that (once again) despite cursor placement in the center-screen box the search text is being entered in the address bar which is wholly impractical for me since I have to look about 60 degrees left and upwards to see what I am typing.

I say "again" because when this happened previously I was able to make a config change and resolve it but despite that still being in effect - the ".handoffToAwesomebar" is still set to FALSE - search text now has moved back to the address bar.

A brief search of this community yielded no answers. Is there any other known fix or has this now be thrust upon us permanently and thou shalt adapt?

The size of the slider is so tiny, it is extremely difficult to see let alone manipulate. Is there a setting which would allow a user to make them much wider, thereby easier to see and manipulate? Thanks

Where do I input my recovery Key to get my account back? I recently had to get a new mother board and hard drive on my laptop. In the process, it wiped out my Firefox. I have reinstalled Firefox and have my previous Recovery Key to get my bookmarks passwords but can not locate where to enter the recovery key to do this. All I can seem to find is how to create a recovery key, not where to enter an already existing recovery key. Please help.

I have a Brother DCP-L2550DW printer that is connected via a network cable. Any other browser, i.e. Edge or Chrome, seem to be able to connect and print just fine. Firefox fails to print and there is no information about why. I have checked Event Viewer, turned off all the extensions, tried the about:config to reset printer options. Every single suggestion I've found so far fails to fix it. I have a great deal invested in using Firefox (bookmarks, etc.) so I'd like to keep it as my default browser, but not being able to print is SO annoying. Any suggestions?

opened firefox saturday and screen was totally different than what i had. guess it updated, but not returned to my profile. have tried to open my profile and succeeded, but can't get it to come on automatically when i open firefox again. how do i open the profile i want and then keep it opened?

I have found Wikipedia to be biased and to contain much incorrect information. I would prefer to omit results from Wikipedia and to use data from Grokipedia instead. This presents two questions: 1. Will Mozilla add a general option to add or remove search sources? And 2. will Mozilla add Grokipedia to its list of sources?
