I have accessed the particular website many times but today it says, "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at shop.naturalcompounder.com.

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)"

i can not log onto delta.com from firefox. the error i get is Access Denied You don't have permission to access this server. Reference 0.c424c317.1773625375.36c3e353. I can log in using a different browser. is there anything i can do.

I receive many unwanted/junk/spam emails a day (10 to 20) in my email inbox. How do I stop this influx of junk? right now I am blocking domains, is this the best I can do?

I am wondering what was the exact reason for disabling the 600% volume extension.

Should the users be worried about credential theft or was the extension injecting affiliate links?

I already changed the password but I’d be glad to know if there is anything I could do or anything you could tell me about the person who entered my Firefox, the person is apparently from Russia, I’ll attach the image below.

I can't sign in to gmail as I used to for years. (It works ok when I use Private Browsing, but that's inconvenient.)

WHAT USED TO HAPPEN: when I was at the sign in page, my password manager (Dashlane) filled in the username and then a screen asking to use the passkey. I said yes, and got in to Google with no problem.

NOW: the password manager fills in my username (my name at gmail.com) and when I hit "NEXT" in the sign in field I get email or phone l.com When I click in the field that disappears and my username appears. When I hit NEXT it goes back to "email or phone l.com". Same when I hit return. Same when I enter my phone number. SO maybe it's Dashlane (my password manager)? But when I disable that and TYPE my username (or phone number) in the field, same stuff happens.

BUT when I use a private browser window, the gmail sign in works as before, and so that's what I've been using -- but it's not convenient having 2 windows open. Before it was just a tab in one window. What changed? Why? Can I change it back? Thanks!

I would like to know what are the best Antivirus Protection to use with Firefox. Previous information is from 2011 and I would like to get more current information. Thank you

My extension for my password manager, 1 Password, will not populate my toolbar as normal. This changed in the past two days . I have tried to deactivate and reactivate the extension to no avail. Can you help?

I have been using Easy Screenshot for years. Today I tried taking a screenshot and it opened a huge copy of the rectangular image I wanted to save in a new tab. Then there was no visible way to save the image. I used to get the option to save the image file in the same tab as the image I wanted to save. Took a screenshot and saved in Paint to show the contents of the Firefox window that image is huge and should have been 4 inches wide at most. Also the lack of how to save the image.

I'm wondering if this a because of the latest update. Firefox 147.0.1 X64 desktop WIN10 22h2 with ESU

When I tried reporting the problem on the add-on page the website it tried to connect to was not working so asking here for help.

When I go to google.com/maps, I immediately see a map drawing of my location - then as the site *finishes* loading, the display area CLEARS, leaving the menu and various "hover" items from the site.

Just...no "roads". 🤣 Just a big vanilla background image.

Google maps works in another browser - the issue is just in Firefox.

Currently on Win 10, running under Parallels on a MacBook Pro. (Maps works great under the Mac OS as well!)

On my MacBook Pro laptop, when I minimize a Firefox tab I cannot access other apps on the laptop. I can see them, but they do not respond to a click on them until I unminimize a Firefox tab.

For clarity, I am based in the UK trying to shop from the co-op supermarket which is based in the UK.

I am getting an access denied message with shop.coop.co.uk, but not with any other UK online shopping site.

I have tried all the usual suggestions like reboot, clear cache, remove proxy, and I do not have VPN.

I have downloaded the html of the message, and taken a screenshot of it as shown below. Looking into the html, there are references to Incapsula, which may suggest where the problem lies?

This problem started when I had to change my Virgin Media hub from Super Hub 2 to Hub 4 around July last year.

One suggestion that is often made is to delete cookies. However it is not clear which cookies may be relevant.

Any ideas on how to identify the source of this issue will be most welcome.

Hi, I have a pinned a website that will not show its icon (it won't when unpinned either).

Using the latest FF, Edge will show an icon. Is there a way to refresh FF and make it refetch the correct icon?
