When I open Firefox I get a large number of warnings. I have run three separate scans (Norton, Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D. I have then restarted my PC and these messages re-appear.

The essages state "Warning: Virus detected" "System Alert!" "Trojan Detected!

The messages try to lead me to watrixa.co.in to Scan & fix or remove the viruses. It will not let me close these warnings.

my tabs bar, containing several hundred tabs, in firefox has suddenly decided to disappear and i can't get it to show. same for the menu toolbar (the one w/ the open, save,...) never really know which toolbar i am looking for. using latest version of ff and windows 11 desktop tried to get info directly from mozilla, but is the only place that probably has the answer.

what ever happened to support for the browser? it was relatively easy to get to the support area but now it mostly shows self-advertising for firefox.

TLDR - I have two profiles set up, but they don't sync across devices.

I have Firefox on my main computer and recently got a second computer. When I downloaded and signed into Firefox on the second computer I created a new profile so I could have different bookmarks, settings, etc. At some point I got signed out of Firefox on the second computer. When I signed back in, it didn't show any profiles - just my usual default settings. On the main computer it still shows two profiles, including the one I set up on the second computer. I have tried signing out and back in on both computers, and manually syncing data. The main computer still shows two profiles, the second computer still shows zero profiles (but has my Firefox settings/bookmarks saved as default).

I often get a Primary Password popup when it is not needed; I just delete the popup and open whatever I need. Worse, it asks for a Primary Password "password," but rejects the one I chose. I just want to get rid of the Primary Password without affecting my other stored passwords. Please help.

For at least a few months now, my browser will suddenly and randomly go fullscreen all by itself. I can't exit it, and then it goes back to normal after at most a minute. It hasn't happened in at least a week. But today, it froze like that, not responding. I quit firefox, waited a bit, then restarted it. It went fullscreen and froze again. I waited at least 10min and it then went back to normal and responded again. It only happens when using firefox. I've done virus scans, etc, and it still keeps happening. Please help. Thanks.

Playback works correctly usually, but if I jump forward or backwards in time it sometimes never loads. This also completely bricks the whole brower, all other tabs etc, until I close firefox and restart it. This happens on all vods of twitch, and also livestreams where I am able to rewind (subscriber function). usually when i click my keyboard's knob thing, it will pause and unpause whatever media is playing. but recently it's stopped doing that. it will work for anywhere between 2 mintues to 30 minutes, but eventually it stops. the only way to make it work again is to refresh the page or start a new page. the troubleshooting steps i've taken is: -close other media software (spotify, other tabs etc) -gone to abouy:config and typed in mediakey to check it works. also turned it off and on for good measure -turned off xbox gamebar -turned my pc off and on again. none of those worked i also thought it might be autoplay being turned off, but it didnt do anything. please help. thank you

So my friend uses firefox (not signed it) & called me over to ask where it's tab groups went. I come over to look & they're just gone. I look to see if I can save new ones, can't, so I update firefox to see if the issue is that perhaps. It brings the ability back, but the previously saved & closed tab groups are still gone. Going to the previous/default(?) profile thing didn't work, so we're not sure what to do. Still looking to see if I can salvage them from history or just find them but Twitter & Tumblr can be hell to look through, especially twitter.

Also I don't know what topic this would fall under, so the topic thingy may be incorrect.

How to minimize the topmost bar in Firefox?

By "topmost bar", I mean the bar containing, from left to right:

- Any open tabs - "+" (Open a new tab) - Down arrowhead (like a "V") - Empty space - Minus sign - Sign for 2 pages - "X"

The height of this bar is 2 cm !!

Whenever I click any link that will play a video in a video playing website such as YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, it will cause the entire tab to glitch out and freeze in on the page it was on before I clicked the link.. The entire tab completely freezes and never unfreezes itself, with the cursor having whatever appearance it had when the page froze, and being unable to click anything. The only thing it can do is type a new URL into the search bar, but the search button/enter bar is also ineffective, so I'm stuck on a frozen webpage unless I close the tab or change to another one. I've tried troubleshooting, fiddling with the autoplay setting and turning off extensions, none of which worked. Any ideas?
