Hi Mozilla Support,

I'm experiencing an issue when trying to open a specific page on my website in Firefox. The page URL is: 👉 https://ihop-menus.com/ihop-secret-menu/

It either loads very slowly or sometimes gets stuck on a blank screen. I’ve tested the same page on Chrome and Edge, and it loads normally there, so the issue seems to be specific to Firefox.

Could this be related to JavaScript rendering, caching, or some browser-specific incompatibility? I’ve cleared the cache, tried private mode, and disabled add-ons, but the issue persists.

Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated!

I HAVE UNWANTED SEARCH ENGINES AND KEYWORDS THAT I DID NOT SELECT NOR INSTALL AND CANNOT BE DELETED. (everything but google)

An irritated FF user in Ephrata PA.

So I've got 6 tabs open in Firefox, all working properly. To help me focus on another task, I open a 2nd window in Firefox. It is, however, blank and unresponsive, doesn't show any extensions in the toolbar, but does show "Firefox View" which I don't normally have showing. I can only close the new window by using Task Manager to shut Firefox down completely or by right-clicking in the Taskbar on the dead window and selecting "close window". What's going on here? Noted an added folder in the Firefox folder - Profile Groups - any idea on purpose? Also two items, apparently analogous: enable migration unsupported legacy implementation enable storage unsupported legacy implementation again - is this something which will be eventually used to close functions or anything else which works regardless? Minecraft Java Edition Placing things in the cloud should be something of choice, not a mandatory function of the browser for some functions.

If I select "Privacy & Security > History > Clear history when Firefox closes > Settings > Data > Site settings" what SQLite files affected when Firefox closes?

I suspect in the profile folder directly, there's a file called "storage.sqlite", but there seems to be more things affected because the whitelist for my cookies is also wiped-out.

In my experience (115.23.0.esr), when I request to remove site data when Firefox closes, it wipes out my cookie white list, so I want to manage that myself.

I did click on a certain website but did not buy anything from it. Now it comes up when I open Firefox. I have blocked the website and it comes up now saying it is Blocked. But it still is showing up. How do I get rid of this website for good. I do not want it there every time I open Firefox. I have delete all my history. It does not show up in my history for the day either.

Disable AD-ONS app is not listed anywhere in setting menu? but it is installed & I can not control it because i can not find it to disable it or adjust it? What can I do?

How can I put my bookmarks back on the left side always showing? Also, I just did a refresh but Youtube still takes 2 minutes to load and often will not load videos.

Every time I launch Firefox, a consent screen for a specific add-on appears, and I cannot use it unless I click "Agree." Is this happening because the consent settings are not being saved on the device even after I agree?

I'm experiencing an issue when copying PNG images only in the Firefox browser. Here's the problem: When I copy a PNG image and paste it into Photoshop or any other program, I get an image with a black background.

This didn’t happen before, but it started occurring after a few recent updates.

In other browsers, I get a “normal” PNG image with a transparent background.

about audio playing in the background most of the browsers I do use on daily basis. I mostly use for YouTube. Because I can turn off my phone. Save battery life and listen to YouTube in the background. I use brave and Samsung Internet Mostly Samsung internet because I can login into my youtube account with no problem so can you add that in as a feature

Startup

I have the box selecting Open previous windows and tabs.

I close the window.

FIREFOX DOES NOT EVER SAVE MY PREVIOUS TABS. When I select

History

Then select: Recently closed tabs

Then select: Reopen all Tabs

NOTHING HAPPENS.

Yes, I'm a bit peeved at this because whenever I am stupid enough to close Firefox, I lose all my tabs. And it ain't just a couple tabs.

HELP??
