I have uninstalled Firefox and removed from regedit but when reinstalled it still goes to the taskbar as pinned and unable to open browser. Firefox has been installed as the default and not as the default and it makes no difference. What is forcing the browser to automatically go to the taskbar once installed? Hi, make sure the Firefox installation folder was removed when you uninstalled: Uninstall Firefox from your computer
