I lost my firefox sync account

After Firefox Aurora crash . Firefox make desktop folder Old Firefox Data. then i lost my Firefox sync account ,all Add-ons and my all settings. when i try to reconnect at sync server reply with "account or password not true". I try to reset password but nothing send to my email

Have you tried copying the files in that "Old Firefox Data folder into the currently active Profile folder?

Thanks it solve the problem ,but why sync account had a problem. if every time firefox crash I'll lost my sync account its big problem and when i try to reset password its refused and doesn't send me any email

Aurora isn't Firefox, yet.

Aurora is a 2nd stage Alpha version of what will become Firefox in 6 to 12 weeks.

If you aren't up to testing Alpha level software, which is updated almost daily, don't use Aurora!

all the problem wasn't Aurora and wasn't crashing ,but losing my sync account and refusing reset its password by unknown problem. (the password was true and the email i try to reset password to was true also ). after crash i used Firefox 15 but sync account problem was exist  : can't access my sync account. after copying files from folder sync account back with same variable i used before .
