As of yesterday, 7/23/18, my Firefox browser on my iMac will not log me into my Yahoo.com homepage. I just keeps looping me back to the log in sequence. I fill in the log in pages, ut instead of opening my homepage, it repeated ly dumps me back to the beginning of the Log in. I've cleared the cookies, I've closed the Firefox and restarted, I've restarted the iMac. I've run Malwarebytes, getting a clean bill of health. I can get to my home page from Safari, but I prefer Firefox's bookmark toolbar, which Safari doesn't appear to have. I've been using Firefox as my preferred browser for over 15 years with no issues. Can you help?

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
