Hey there, sorry to hear things didn't go smoothly with 45.0.2.
You've got a healthy helping of add-ons, so the first thing I would try is seeing if some of them are not getting along with the oven-fresh Firefox 45.0.2. Go to about:addons, select the Plugins tab and choose Never Activate for all items. Then start Firefox in Safe Mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode.
Does the issue persist in Safe Mode with Plugins inactive?
